The first step is to submit your Holding Deposit of $500.00.  You will make this payment online and we can accept all major credit and debit cards.

• If for any reason, other than the submission of fraudulent information, your application is not approved, your $500.00 will be refunded.  Please be advised this may take up to 48 business hours for our company to fully return the funds to your bank or credit card. (please check with your bank or credit card as to their time frame of reissuing funds back to your account and/or card once they receive our refund)

• If your application is approved, the $500.00 will be put towards your security deposit, which is equivalent to a full month's rent.

• If you are approved, but do not enter into a lease, your $500.00 is non-refundable.  So please be absolutely positive this is the home for you.
