All refunds that have been approved by your agent will be submitted to our accounting department and processed.  Refunds are made in the same manner  in which the original payment was made.

Since all payments are made with either a debit or credit card, funds will be returned by our office, to that card, within 1 business day.  It may take up to 48 hours for funds to reach your financial institution.  Please contact your financial institution for their procedures regarding placing funds back on your card.
